It is good for you to know that, through browsing the Il Ristorante l’Incanto website, your professional and personal interests may be detected: this information, however, is collected for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing the requested services and possibly to check the quality of the services offered.
Only with the express consent of the user in the forms of law, analysis and profiling activities relating to purchasing and professional choices are carried out, with electronic tools, in order to improve the offer of services and commercial information, direct sales, market research on products, services and events of the Il Ristorante l’Incanto structures in line with the interests of users.
Personal data will also be processed for the sending of commercial and promotional information, direct sales, market research on products, services and events (hereinafter collectively referred to as “marketing activities”) of Il Ristorante l’Incanto, and for marketing activities, directly by the latter, on behalf of Il Ristorante l’Incanto structures. In the future, Il Ristorante l’Incanto reserves the right to carry out marketing activities also on behalf of other categories of third parties not currently defined. Processing for marketing purposes will take place using traditional tools (paper mail) and through the use of remote communication techniques, such as telephone, even without an operator, e-mail, mms, sms. Providing data for this purpose is optional and processing requires the customer’s consent. The consent given for sending commercial and promotional communications via automated tools pursuant to art. 130, paragraphs 1 and 2, Legislative Decree no. 196/03 also extends to traditional contact methods.
With the consent of the interested parties, activities of analysis of navigation data and purchasing and professional choices (“profiling”) are carried out using electronic tools in order to improve the marketing of the Il Ristorante l’Incanto facilities. Failure to consent to profiling activities would make it impossible to improve the marketing offer in order to make it compliant with the interests of users.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The types of personal data collected and processed on the Il Ristorante l’Incanto website are those necessary for the provision of the various services provided. The data collected are processed using paper, automated and electronic methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes of the processing. To offer you the services, your fax and telephone numbers and your e-mail address may also be used. It is therefore clear that, if such data were not provided, those services that require the use of these tools cannot be provided to you. If you do not give your consent to the use of email and telephone for advertising information or direct sales or interactive commercial communication purposes, these tools will not be used for this purpose. Specific information will be provided on the pages of the site set up for the possible provision of personal data. Any voluntary sending of email to the addresses indicated on the site involves the acquisition of the sender’s address as well as any other information contained in the message; such personal data will be used for the sole purpose of performing the service or performance requested.
Browsing data
It is useful to know that the site’s software procedures acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data (browsing data) whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. Although this information is not intended to be associated with identified users, by its nature, if associated with other data held by third parties (e.g. your internet service provider), it could allow the identification of users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URL (Uniform Resource Locator) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of anonymous statistics on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning.
The Data Controller and, depending on the service requested, the designated Managers retain, for a limited period according to the law, the trace (LOG) of connections/navigations carried out to respond to any requests from the judicial authority or other public body authorized to request said trace to ascertain any liability in the event of computer crimes.
Provision of data
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide or not the personal data requested in the registration forms for services. On these forms, however, some data may be marked as mandatory; it must be understood that such data is necessary for the provision of the requested service. If this data is not provided, the requested service cannot be provided and the related opportunities cannot be used.
At the time of any provision of data, in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03, the interested party is provided with a brief but complete information notice on the purposes and methods of processing, on the mandatory or optional nature of providing data, on the consequences of failure to provide it, on the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated and the scope of dissemination of the data, on the rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03 (access, integration, updating, correction, cancellation for violation of the law, opposition to processing, etc.), on the identity and location of the owner and the person or persons responsible for processing. The interested party is therefore required to express his/her informed, free consent, expressed in a specific form and documented in the form required by law, where required by the same. If the conferral of personal data occurs in subsequent phases, additions to the information already provided previously may be provided and new consents to processing required by the Code may be requested.
Security measures adopted to protect the data collected
Il Ristorante l’Incanto uses “secure” architectures and technologies to protect personal data against undue disclosure, alteration or improper use. The protections activated with respect to personal data are intended, in particular, to minimize the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, of data, unauthorized access or processing that is not permitted or does not comply with the purposes of collection. These security measures obviously meet the minimum requirements indicated by the Legislator (Technical Regulations regarding minimum security measures pursuant to Articles 33 to 36 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03). The structures of Il Ristorante l’Incanto have defined and adopted a common Security Standard that includes additional measures (organizational, procedural and technological) to achieve an adequate level of security for the personal data that are processed in their IT systems. Periodic “Risk Analysis” activities are conducted to verify compliance with the defined Standards and possibly adopt new security measures following organizational changes and technological innovations or changes in the type of data collected. The security measures are constantly monitored and periodically verified. The subjects to whom the personal data refers have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03). Pursuant to the same article, the interested party has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing. Requests should be sent to the email address info@lincanto.com or to the specific contact details indicated in the information provided to users at the time of any personal data collection.
Cookie Policy.
What are cookies
A cookie is a small text file containing a certain amount of information exchanged between a website and your terminal (usually the browser) and is normally used by the website manager to store the information needed to improve navigation within the site or to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while browsing the internet. When you visit the same site again or any other site, the user’s device checks for the presence of a recognized cookie, so as to be able to read the information contained therein. Different cookies contain different information and are used for different purposes (efficient navigation on the pages of the same site, profiling in order to send targeted promotional messages, analysis of the number of visits to the site).
More generally, some cookies (called session cookies) are assigned to the user’s device only for the duration of access to the site and expire automatically when the browser is closed. Other cookies (called persistent) remain on the device for a prolonged period of time.
On the Il Ristorante l’Incanto website, some cookies are associated with your machine and do not identify the end user; however, these cookies, temporarily stored until the end of your navigation, can be associated with your user, if you are a registered user. The use of cookies is intended to facilitate, personalize and speed up your browsing experience on our website (for example, by keeping the “shopping cart” in the e-commerce area updated), to control access to the services to which you have registered and to obtain anonymous statistics on access to the website. If you decide to disable these cookies, you will lose a good part of the customization features and some services may not be usable.
Other cookies are used by us in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while browsing the internet.
While browsing a site, the user may also receive cookies on his terminal sent by different sites or web servers (so-called third parties), on which some elements may reside (e.g. images, maps, sounds, specific links to pages of other domains) present on the site that the user is visiting. In fact, some companies provide advertising on the Il Ristorante Mustafà site and may use cookies to ensure that you are not shown the same adverts too frequently or for statistical purposes to obtain traffic data in order to improve the advertising content. These cookies are managed directly by the companies themselves, which are independent data controllers, and Il Ristorante l’Incanto does not have access to them, nor can it control the way in which they are subsequently used.
The specific purposes of the different types of cookies installed on this site are described in more detail below.
